We have been in the field for more than 20 years starting as a systems integrator specializing in business process and document management automation. We expand our business to cover customer services operations. We focus our business mainly in Hong Kong and we have delivered many successful solutions to our clients. Our clients are mainly from financial service institutes and various departments of HKSAR Government. We have been awarded by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) with Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 5 (SOA-QPS5). In January 2011, we have accomplished a milestone achievement in becoming certified to the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005.


We devote our resources in designing, developing and implementing solutions in Business Process Management, Document Management, Web Content Management, Case Management, and Customer Flow Management under the name Focal. Focal solutions are designed and made in Hong Kong. Our solutions are engineered with repeatable core components and to work together according to open industry standard for integration with various IT environments with great speed and ease.


We adopt the ’Design to Simplify’ principle. Our local research and development team make use of the market available technology to develop applications using repeatable and mature code. We have over 20 years’ experience in offering implementation services, we understand the challenges and problems faced by our clients. Combining all these three elements together meaning we help clients to build solutions that meet their business and technical requirements and lower the cost of ownership.
